Across our Sandton, Northcliff and Melrose Arch dealerships, Omoda & Jaecoo experienced a year defined by momentum, precision execution, and elevated customer experience.
But the defining moment came far beyond our borders.
From South Africa to Global Recognition in China
In 2025, DigiCars Group was honoured at the prestigious Omoda Jaecoo Global Awards in China, a milestone achievement that recognised our performance within the international dealer network.
This recognition was not based solely on sales volumes. It reflected operational excellence, strategic growth, brand execution, customer experience leadership, and strong OEM alignment.
To be recognised globally affirms the strength of the DigiCars business model and the calibre of the teams driving it forward. It reinforces our position not only as a high-performing South African dealership group, but also as a respected contributor within the global Omoda Jaecoo ecosystem.
The Omoda & Jaecoo range continued to mature in 2025, offering South African drivers a sophisticated blend of bold design, intelligent technology, and refined performance.
The OMODA C5 remained a cornerstone of the range, appealing to modern urban drivers seeking style and innovation, while the OMODA C7 shocked the world with its striking design. The OMODA C9 elevated expectations within the premium SUV segment, while the JAECOO J7 strengthened its position as a rugged yet refined midsize SUV. The introduction and scaling of the JAECOO J5 further broadened accessibility without compromising premium appeal.
These vehicles resonated strongly with a new generation of buyers, customers who value technology, design confidence, and forward-thinking mobility.
Yet the success of 2025 was not simply about product strength. It was about disciplined execution within our dealerships. DigiCars invested significantly in showroom experience refinement, AI-powered customer engagement systems, structured lead management, and aftersales capacity. The introduction of the JAECOO J7 SHS, the OMODA C7 SHS, and the C9 SHS plug-in hybrids marked a significant step forward, allowing us to offer our customers products that push boundaries and position our dealerships at the forefront of South Africa's transition toward efficient, technology-driven mobility. With impressive electric capability combined with long-distance practicality, the SHS platform demonstrated that sustainability and performance can coexist effortlessly.
Customer interest in hybrid models grew steadily throughout the year, a signal that the South African market is evolving. We responded by investing in education-led campaigns, hands-on demonstrations, and dealership positioning that reflects the future of mobility rather than reacting to it.
